BIT Software was present between 16th and 18th of March at Progressive Magazine Conference where it had a presentation on a subject of great interest for all economic agents that work in the retail, distribution, and process industry sector. Progressive Magazine Conference brought together about 250 participants, representatives of the most important national and multinational producers of FMCG, distribution companies and large retail chain stores.
At the workshop on the denomination of the national currency from 17th of March, BIT Software presented various issues under the theme "Denomination form the software provider's
perspective". At this presentation there were discussed the potential problems that retailers might have to deal with, financial implications of denomination were taken into consideration, as well as the problems that had to be solved by retailers together with the software providers. After discussing the technical details, regarding POS sales, the implications regarding upgrade and implementation, BIT Software exposed the solution and the action plan it suggested.
