Konsta Splendid manages with Socrate, the integrated ERP developed by Bit Software, the activity of a 3 supermarket chain in Medias, 2 en-gross warehouses, a distribution division, and prepares the opening of a new supermarket in Sighisoara.
Mrs. Anca Stancu explains: "We needed an application to offer us the possibility of communication between supermarkets, between supermarkets and the head office, to cover the 3 types of commerce our company is conducting and to offer accurate information in real time, without using other means of communication. The moment we had the first contact with Socrate it struck us as obvious that this was the solution we were looking for."
The solution provided by Socrate covers all operational activities using the following integrated modules: Purchase, Prices, Sales, Socrate POS (the module that interfaces Socrate with the POS software), Supplier Orders and Stocks. Konsta Splendid also uses Payroll and Fixed Assets modules, and for the strategic management, the OLAP business intelligence modules complete the Socrate standard reports and offer a dynamic overview of the entire business.
The implementation of Socrate system was swift, and taking into consideration that there was a deadline for the opening of the first supermarket, it was finalized in just 30 days. For the following supermarkets, due to an exact procedure, the implementation was significantly easier, the implementation time being a matter of hours.
