All customers of Socrate, the integrated ERP system developed by BIT Software are ready for the denomination process
Currently all Socrate customers have installed the system's updated version, which support the denomination process, according to the previously set schedule. Having installed the updated version, the customers have undergone the testing phase, according to the received instructions, under the supervision of BIT Software's services department.Moreover, within 30th of June to 3rd of July, BIT Software supports its customers in the process of denomination with a special program of technical support providing Help Desk services 24 hours a day.
The updated Socrate version supports all legislation in effect, offers increased configurability, a friendlier and more intuitive interface as well as a platform opened for integration with various applications specific for retail, distribution and process industry sectors.
