The constant concern of BIT Software towards maintaining the highest quality standards and the commitment to continuous improvement regarding the provided products and services has been reflected in the successful follow up audit.The commitment of the entire BIT Software team to the process of continuous improvement of the organization is being reflected in the care towards customers and their degree of satisfaction, by a strict quality control of products and services and implementation of specific metrics and indices for control and analysis of quality so that the "zero defects" objective should be achieved.

In order to sustain the continuous processes required by the quality management system, the organization uses CC Assistant, developed by BIT Software according to the international standards of quality (ITIL, EFQM, ISO) that ensure:
