95% of Socrate customers are satisfied with the integrated Enterprise Resource Planning developed by BIT Software
Every year, BIT Software conducts a research to measure customer's degree of satisfaction regarding Socrate ERP, as well as the provided implementation and technical support services. Interviewing Socrate customers who have already implemented the system or are in the final stages of the implementation process, BIT Software intends to meet its customer's wishes and needs and to provide best quality products and services.84% of Socrate customers are satisfied with the quality of the system, 94% consider that Socrate meets their organizations business requirements, and 82% are satisfied with the flexibility (configurability) of the system regarding the ability to accommodate changes that occur within the organization.
The services provided by BIT Software are also very appreciated by Socrate customers, thus the degree of satisfaction regarding technical support services is 94%, regarding business analysis and training is 83%, and service desk services is 85%.
The degree of satisfaction regarding the benefits registered after the implementation of Socrate system compared to the cost of implementation is of 96%, while 97% of the customers consider Socrate a good investment, and 88% of the customers would buy again Socrate to manage their activities.
The results of this research highlight both the quality of BIT Software products and serviceas and the way there are perceived by customers. Moreover, the results make up the baseline for the continuous improvement of products and services and the achievement of total quality objectives.
